Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the TensorWard website. Separate written agreements govern any consulting, engineering, advisory, or support engagement.
Informational website
Website descriptions, example architectures, technical content, pricing starting points, timelines, case studies, and service descriptions are provided for general information. They do not create a binding offer, statement of work, warranty, service-level agreement, or compliance certification.
Engagements
Any TensorWard engagement is subject to a separate written agreement defining scope, deliverables, assumptions, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality, intellectual property, security requirements, and other applicable terms.
Technical and regulatory content
Information concerning ITAR, CMMC, FIPS, security controls, regulated environments, or similar topics describes engineering context and experience. It is not legal advice, an export-control determination, formal certification, attestation, or guarantee that a particular customer environment complies with a regulatory framework.
Benchmarks and case studies
Published measurements describe the specific hardware, software, configuration, workload, and methodology identified in the study. Performance can vary materially with model, hardware, drivers, runtime, context, concurrency, configuration, and workload. Results should not be interpreted as a guarantee of performance in another environment.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, TensorWard branding and original website content are owned by TensorWard or used with permission. Public repositories, open-source software, model artifacts, and third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit malicious content, or transmit credentials, classified information, export-controlled technical data, or other sensitive material through public forms.
No warranties
The public website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. TensorWard does not warrant uninterrupted website availability or that all public content is error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TensorWard is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the public website. Contractual liability for a paid engagement is governed by the applicable written agreement.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the website, services, and business evolve. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
